Tina – Administrative Team Leader/Insurance Coordinator
Tina joined Great Oak Oak Oral Surgery and Dental Implant Center with over 7 years of experience in Oral Surgery as a patient care coordinator, manager and insurance coordinator. Together with her previous experience in the retail industry, her years of experience have given her a great background that helps her offer the highest quality customer service to our patients. Tina is married and enjoys gardening with her husband, Ed. She also enjoys cooking, hosting great football parties and spending time with her 4 beautiful daughters.
McKenzie – Clinical Team Leader
McKenzie is the clinical Team Leader at Great Oak Oral Surgery and Dental Implant Center. McKenzie has worked with Dr. Farren in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery since 2011. She has 17 years of nursing experience and she implements her vast knowledge to ensure that the highest standard of patient care is met with no exception. In her free time, McKenzie enjoys running, hiking and spending time outdoors in the company of her family.
Kaylee – Surgical Assistant
Kaylee joined our team when the office was opened in 2018. She has worked in the health care field for over 6 years providing direct patient care. Utilizing her experience, Kaylee is always striving to provide the best care with compassion and understanding. She has lived locally her entire live and has recently become engaged. Kaylee and her fiancé are focused on raising their family, spending time outdoors and keeping busy.
Debbie – Treatment Coordinator
Debbie recently moved to the Albany area from Dutchess County. She worked for many years in a cancer center at a local area hospital and brings compassion and kindness to her position at Great Oak Oral Surgery and Dental Implant Center.
Katie – Office Manager
Katie brings passion to her position at Great Oak Oral Surgery and Dental Implant Center. She has an extensive background in patient care, starting with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Hawaii Pacific University. She served in the United States Airforce providing nursing care to inpatients on a surgical floor. Her career has taken her to the coronary care intensive care unit and has placed her in leadership roles as a charge nurse and officer. She now brings her extensive experience to our practice and accepts nothing but the highest quality of care and customer service for our patients.
